This Privacy Policy explains how ZiBa Entertainment (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with Klack: Bounce & Dodge (“the Game”), available under package ID com.klack.klack on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
1. Data stored only on your device
Your gameplay data — high scores, combos, unlocked cosmetics, audio/haptic settings, ball-feel and balance tuning, and any segments you create in the Design Lab — is stored locally on your device. We do not upload it to our servers.
2. Data collected by third-party services
The Game integrates the following third-party services. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

3. Advertising & Google AdMob
The free version of Klack is supported by ads served by Google AdMob, which may use your Advertising ID and other device signals to show personalised ads. You can opt out of ads personalisation at any time:
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation (path may vary by device).
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising. For Google personalisation, visit adssettings.google.com.
Opting out reduces personalisation but does not remove ads from the free version. Purchasing the ad-free option removes all ads.
4. Permissions
Klack uses an internet connection to load ads and, if enabled, to sync Google Play Games. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, or health data.
5. Data retention & deletion
On-device data is retained until you clear the app's data or uninstall the Game. Either action permanently removes your local data; we hold no copy to delete on your behalf. Data processed by Google (ads, Play Games, billing) is retained per Google's and Apple's own policies.
6. Children
Klack is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In compliance with COPPA, AdMob is configured to serve non-personalised ads in contexts where child-directed treatment may apply. 7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Because your Klack data lives on your device, you already have direct control: open the Game to view it, and clear the app's data or uninstall to erase it. For data processed by third parties (ads, Play Games), exercise your rights through Google's and Apple's account tools, or contact us and we will assist.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
