This Privacy Policy explains how ZiBa Entertainment (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with Klack Sort (“the Game”), available under package ID com.zibagames.klack_sort on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
1. Data stored only on your device
Your gameplay data — which levels you have completed, your star ratings, your current level and audio settings — is stored locally on your device using standard app storage. We do not upload it to our servers, and we operate no account system.
2. Data collected by third-party services
The Game integrates the following third-party service. Its handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy.

3. Advertising & Google AdMob
Klack Sort is supported by ads served by Google AdMob, which may use your Advertising ID and other device signals to show personalised ads. You can opt out of ads personalisation at any time:
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation (path may vary by device).
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising. For Google personalisation, visit adssettings.google.com.
Opting out reduces personalisation but does not remove ads. Google's handling of advertising data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
4. Permissions
Klack Sort uses an internet connection to load ads. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, photos, files, or health data.
5. Data retention & deletion
On-device data is retained until you clear the app's data or uninstall the Game. Either action permanently removes your local data; we hold no copy to delete on your behalf. Data processed by Google (ads) is retained per Google's own policies.
6. Children
Klack Sort is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In compliance with COPPA, AdMob is configured to serve non-personalised ads in contexts where child-directed treatment may apply. 7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Because your Klack Sort data lives on your device, you already have direct control: open the Game to view it, and clear the app's data or uninstall to erase it. For data processed by Google (ads), exercise your rights through Google's account tools, or contact us and we will assist.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
