This Privacy Policy explains how ZiBa Entertainment (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with La Famiglia: Mafia Empire (“the Game”), available under package ID com.zibagames.la_famiglia_mobile on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
1. Data stored only on your device
Your gameplay data — campaign and story progress, crew and capos, districts and business holdings, cash and ledger, respect and rank, and audio/game settings — is stored locally on your device. We do not upload this data to our own servers.
2. Data collected by third-party services
The Game integrates the following Google Firebase services. Their handling of data is governed by Google's privacy policy.

The Game does not contain advertising, does not offer in-app purchases, and we do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Push notifications
If you grant notification permission, the Game may send you reminders and news via Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings, which stops them without affecting the rest of the Game.
4. Permissions
La Famiglia uses an internet connection for the Firebase services above. It may request permission to show notifications. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, or health data.
5. Data retention & deletion
On-device data is retained until you clear the app's data or uninstall the Game. Either action permanently removes your local data; we hold no copy to delete on your behalf. Crash and diagnostic data processed by Firebase is retained per Google's own retention policies. To remove your Firebase Installation identifier, clear the app's data or uninstall the Game.
6. Children
La Famiglia depicts a fictional organised-crime theme and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us at info@zibaentertainment.com and we will delete it.
7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Because your La Famiglia data lives on your device, you already have direct control: open the Game to view it, and clear the app's data or uninstall to erase it. For diagnostic data processed by Firebase, you can exercise your rights through Google's account tools, or contact us and we will assist. We do not sell personal information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
