Today
The day's routine as a checklist. Work down it and tick each exercise off as you go.
Hero Workout is a daily training tracker: a checklist and a streak tracker for the one routine you actually keep. Set your routine, adjust every exercise and its target, choose the days you train, and check off what you did — fully or partially.
Most training apps hand you a library you never open. Hero Workout does the opposite: one routine, laid out as a checklist, waiting for you every training day. You decide the exercises, the targets and the days. The app keeps score — full reps, partial reps, streaks and consistency — so the only question left in the morning is whether you start.
Sections and no more: Today, Progress, Journal and Routine.
One routine to keep, instead of a catalogue to browse.
Nothing uploaded, no advertising and no third-party tracking.
Arriving on the App Store and Google Play in October 2026.

The day's routine as a checklist. Work down it and tick each exercise off as you go.

Streaks and consistency over time, so a good week and a quiet one are both easy to see.

Edit the exercises, set the target for each one, and pick which days count as training days.
Your routine shows up as a simple checklist. Log full progress against an exercise, or log the part of it you managed — a half-finished set still counts as something you did.
Streaks and consistency are tracked across your training days, which makes a habit visible long before it feels like one.
Every exercise and every target can be adjusted, and you choose which days you train. Nothing is fixed, and nothing is prescribed for you.
An optional progress journal. Photos are kept in the app's private storage on your device and are never uploaded to us.
Hero Workout arrives on the App Store and Google Play in October 2026. The app is free to use: the daily routine, checking off exercises and streak tracking never require payment.
The free version applies limits to some features, such as how many progress photos are kept and how far back your training history is displayed. An optional upgrade, Hero Pass, lifts them — available monthly, yearly, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase that stays with you for as long as you keep the store account you bought it with. Nothing you record is ever deleted by a limit; it simply is not displayed until Hero Pass is active.
